I think the ultron like robots guiding Dr Strange is part of Tom Cruise’s Iron Man’s army . As per theory, he is the most vicious Iron Man and keeps Thanos’s head in a jar of liquid and has three infinity stones in his suit. I think he has total control over ultron as well
