HALO Trailer 3 (2022)
Set in the 24th century, this live-action series based on the video game focuses on an interstellar war between humans and an alien race known as the Covenant, largely through the eyes of Master Chief John-117, an enhanced supersoldier, and his AI companion Cortana.
I remember when a series/movie was first talked about in the early 2000s, made a few friend over at the now non-existent halo movie imdb message boards. I was excited about the prospect. This does not make me excited. This looks like something I’ll see eventually when I remember that it exists. It looks good, but it doesn’t look like it will be good.
If Master Chief becomes a secondary character to this show like what they did to he-man in MOTU im out.
The show is about everybody but Master Cheif.
These trailers give me a bad feeling that this is a Halo series that has Master Chief as a side character and barely even shows him. If that’s the case, I’ll pass.
