An ex of mine used to listen to the original. We danced to it and had fun all the time. She passed from Leukemia. This song makes me remember the good times! R.I.P Britt! I miss you
Opinion: Both this version and the cover made by Ritt Momney are good in their own ways. Ritt Momney’s version brings a more modernistic pop feeling to the song. The original version is inspiring and beautiful jazz-pop style (at least that how it feels to me). I enjoy both versions equally. And for those who say that Corinne Bailey Rae should be getting the credit, Ritt Momney Stated that this was a cover in the description of his music video, and it’s also at the very beginning of the video. Feel free to reply with your opinions because I would like to read them.
