THUNDER OF WAR – FULL HD WAR ACTION MOVIE IN ENGLISH
USSR, Late November, 1941. Based on the account that appeared in the Red Army’s newspaper, this is the story of Panifilov’s Twenty-Eight, a group of twenty-eight soldiers of the Red Army’s 316th Rifle Division, under the command of General Ivan Panfilov, that stopped the advance on Moscow of a column of fifty-four Nazi tanks of the 11th Panzer Division for several days. Though armed only with standard issue Mosin-Nagant infantry rifles and DP and PM-M1910 machine guns, all useless against tanks, and with wholly inadequate RPG-40 anti-tank grenades and PTRD-41 anti-tank rifles, they fought tirelessly and defiantly, with uncommon bravery and unwavering dedication, to protect Moscow and their Motherland.
Most liked comments about the videoThis has been one of the best portrayals of how the Russians staved off the Germans who invaded their homeland. A great movie! A really good depiction of how they were innovative and stood their ground towards outstanding odds. Panfilov’s 28 is akin to the American Band of Brothers. Their love of their fellow soldiers and their combined heroism is second to none.

I’ve seen a lot of War Movies , but never expected this …EXCELLENT SHOW !!!
It’s been 3,4th time watching this movie, special sound effects and details or just 5sec scenes of soldiers expressions, just can’t help not get into it. Feeling sad and happy, well directed film. Only had noticed how ruskies were throwing their dead comrades up on the horse pulled carriage realistic scene, only them dead bodies were not stiff enough what had caught my attention, from other documentaries clearly when compared one could spot a huge difference for whatever it’s worth. Great Picture Russian Brothers!
Totally love this film have watched it so many times and still enjoy it… the ending is spectacular… and those hero’s deserved the metals that they won .. 🏆

Fantastic film. Great cinematography, acting, sets, direction, action.. best war movie I’ve seen.
People will always defend their territory against foreign intruders no matter how powerful the intruders are. Good luck to all such people.
