I have a draconian attitude toward abusers of children and vulnerable minors. Incarcerate ’em all together, lock ’em down tight, throw the key away, leave ’em to regulate themselves and just chuck the very basics for survival into a central courtyard. Pretty soon they’ll be preying on each other.
