Our Commitment

Aksoy Capital is committed to making aksoycapital.com accessible to as wide an audience as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Aksoy Capital is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working on remediation.

Language declaration — lang attribute on root and per-snippet
Captions — videos include captions or transcripts where available

Known Limitations

Interactive charts (lightweight-charts, Plotly) have limited screen reader support. We provide tabular data alternatives where feasible.
PDF reports are not always fully tagged. We are migrating to accessible HTML reports as the primary format.
Third-party embeds (YouTube, Trustpilot widget) inherit the accessibility of those services.

Assessment Approach

Aksoy Capital assesses accessibility through:

Automated testing — axe-core CI on every pull request
Manual testing — keyboard-only navigation audits monthly

Formal Complaints

EU/EEA users can submit complaints under the European Accessibility Act.

US users can refer to Section 508 and the ADA.
