1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Aksoy Capital (the "Service") at aksoycapital.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Aksoy Capital is operated by Ajans Medialine ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
Aksoy Capital is a quantitative market research platform that uses evolutionary algorithms and AI to generate daily analytical insights for US-listed stocks.
Important: All insights are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
4. Subscription & Payments
4.1 Plans

4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by our authorized payment partner, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit research data without written permission - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service - Share account credentials with third parties - Use platform data to engage in any form of market manipulation or fraud
6. Investment Disclaimer
Aksoy Capital does not provide investment advice. All research insights and portfolio analytics are algorithmic outputs for educational purposes only. Past performance of the algorithm does not guarantee future results. Investing in stocks involves significant risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Ajans Medialine and Aksoy Capital are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, models, and software underlying Aksoy Capital are the intellectual property of Ajans Medialine. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajans Medialine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including investment losses based on research outputs generated by the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
