Aksoy Capital is operated by Ajans Medialine. All purchases are processed by our authorized payment partner, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions.
2. 14-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, for any reason, with no conditions or exceptions.
Simply contact us within 14 days and we will process your full refund promptly.
3. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by our payment partner and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — please submit a separate refund request if you are within the 14-day window.
6. Exceptions
After the 14-day refund window, we generally do not issue refunds. However, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
