Aroon Up is a technical indicator that measures how long it has been since the highest price in a defined look-back period, expressed as a percentage of that period.
Example: On a 25-period chart, a reading of Aroon Up near 90 with Aroon Down near 10 indicates the most recent high occurred recently within the window, consistent with recent upward movement.
