Falling Channel

A falling channel is a technical analysis pattern formed by two parallel downward-sloping trendlines that contain price action. Prices typically move between the lines, creating a downward-sloping channel with lower highs and lower lows.

Example: On the chart, the price moves between the falling channel's parallel lines, touching the upper line at several points before a breakout occurs beyond the upper boundary.
