Moneyness

Moneyness describes whether an option would have intrinsic value if exercised today, based on the relationship between the underlying price and the option's strike price.

Example: If the underlying is trading at $102 and a call option has a strike of $100, that call is ITM because S > K; if the same option had a strike of $105, it would be OTM.
