Non-Current Assets

Non-current assets are long-term assets that are expected to provide economic benefits for more than one year (or beyond the normal operating cycle) and are not classified as current assets on the balance sheet.

Example: On the year-end balance sheet, non-current assets include items such as factory buildings, machinery, and long-term software licenses. Their carrying amount reflects cost minus accumulated depreciation and amortization.
