I don’t understand why people don’t like this album, it’s a nice break from the dark, sad, rock style they had going in Trench and Blurryface. It’s a breath of fresh air and don’t worry we’ll be getting the sequel to Trench very soon. My overall rating for this album is 8/10. It was too short lol!
I love the part when Tyler’s calling Jenna and she asks if he’s “working on music?” He glances back at the smashed glass and water pouring in. “Yeah…”
There has never been a band in my lifetime that i can truly say i love EVERY SINGLE ONE of their songs, until these guys… Literally all of them.
I think their musical evolution matches a lot of our personalities. How we went from being a Blurryface aesthetic in middle school to being a Scaled and Icy aesthetic in high school/beyond. I’m ordering this record for myself because it just matches my vibes!! It’s so great, and they’re noticeably happier!! Thank you guys for constantly making beautiful music and memories for all of us ^^
In an interview Tyler said, “When you strip away what day of the week it is, you lose your rhythm. You lose your sense of what is up and what is down. And that’s a lesson that Josh and I learned pretty quickly on tour, because a Friday night and a Monday night could feel the exact same, whether or not we had a show. When the pandemic happened, everything’s shut down, everyone was starting to learn that same lesson, where the days of the week lose their meaning, and it was messing with people’s reference of time. You feel like you’re swirling and your feet aren’t planted. The song is really, I’m talking to my wife, hoping that she sticks with me, even though I’m working through this, even though I’m kind of tumbling into nothingness.”
Thank God it’s Saturday, cause Saturdays will always be better than Sundays.

After watching “the outside” MV, I rewatched this MV, and I’ve noticed that after the dragon break the dema looking window the red color part of the drum set become black, while yellow part remain. Cool detail!
I just want to share this
My little cousin is barely two years old and our native language is Spanish, she loves this song, she learned it and gets excited every time she hears it. Every day we listen to it at least 3 times, all day she is singing at full volume: “SATURDAY SATURDAY SATURDAY”

I know lots of people dislike this album but I absolutely adore it. It’s a great transition of style! I’m going to see them in a couple months, so excited!
Twenty one pilots is a masterpiece. Love as this album made it more joyful , and it makes you feel better despite everything that has happened these last two years worldwide. . Grandiose How his music evolves on each album. Things change and the real fans know it and it’s great and I’m too glad that I experiment with new music and grow up not everything has to be sad and currently we need it. Love u
I’m going to tell you what… I fully expect that in 25 years I’ll be buyin scalp tickets for sold-out stadium shows for you guys. You’re like the Rolling Stones or the Beatles, I seriously see longevity with you guys! Your stuff is… Simply complex or maybe it’s complexly simple. the talent is undeniable and there doesn’t seem to be an end or bottom to it. I love it and I hope you guys never stop. Tyler, your lyrics… it’s like you hook and pull them in from the bottom of the ocean…Deep. I’ve seen a lot of your live stuff and yeah simply complex man. There’s just so much. Not gonna lie Scaled and Icy came at a perfect time, the happy vibes match the fake happiness and excitement I put out, I’m not doing good but let’s party you know? It also matches my vibes when I actually am pretty happy. Obviously I like other albums more but still, good album.
