I’ve only seen the first few minutes, and I am absolutely baffled at how 3 adults in a balloon would do something so obviously dangerous as to go near factory vent stacks, much less anything high enough to be a threat to the balloon and it’s occupants. I give that behavior 5 stupid stars. If this were a real story, and they tried to sue the company, if I was on the jury, I wouldn’t give then a cent. The would have brought the disaster on themselves. Also, I think it’s against the law to interfere with stuff on the ground by coming down too close, due to the risks involved. I know that drone flyers often get into legal trouble over this, so the same laws would cover a balloon operator deliberately coming too close to a factory.
The mother and her friend (the one who didn’t made it after the impact on the power station) ARE FIREFIGHTERS! The kind of people that have all the knowledge and experience to know that what they did with the balloon was unsafe and mustn’t be done, ignoring the horn alarm which it’s universally used and known to be a sign of immediate danger and to immediately evacuate or vacate the location from where the horn it’s sounding loud so it can be heard everywhere even from far distance. Thank goodness that in reality firefighters are professional and raise awareness about not pulling out stunts like the one in the movie
The ignorance about hydraulic fracturing in this movie is crazy, fracking uses a powerful jet of abrasive-filled water, sand basting using fluid instead of air. There are energy companies that take short-cuts and cut corners, but most are responsible in order to prevent movies like this from gaining ammunition against them.
Enjoyed this, nice to see Eric Roberts as a good guy for a change 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻🇬🇧🇬🇧
